You may request to return your puppy within 30 days of adoption under the following conditions:

• You are no longer able to care for the puppy.
• The puppy is diagnosed with a health condition that was not disclosed at the time of adoption.

2. Provide Documentation
Submit all veterinary records, vaccination history, and details regarding the puppy’s current health and living conditions.

3. Arrange Safe Return
The puppy must be returned safely to our location. All transportation or shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• The refund amount, if approved, will depend on the puppy’s health, condition, and any veterinary care received after adoption.
• All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your puppy and cover breeding and initial care costs.

Health & Welfare Conditions

• The puppy must be returned in good health and properly cared for.
• Evidence of neglect, abuse, or improper care may result in denial of a refund.
• Cream Dachshund LLC reserves the right to refuse any return if the puppy’s welfare has been compromised.

Rehoming Commitment

If a return is not possible, we are happy to assist in finding a safe and loving new home for your puppy. Our priority is always the long-term well-being of each dog.
